Last Supper Plaque Hand Carved in Olive Wood

A magnificent porcelain Last Supper scene is mounted on this hand carved olive wood wall plaque. The plaque is carved with a rectangular design which also mimics the folds in the table cloth as shown in Da Vinci’s painting of the Last Supper.

The superb porcelain scene is laid out as a scroll with the ends still rolled at each side in small facets to mimic rolled paper. This is an exceptional and finely detailed artifact representing the meal of Jesus and his twelve disciples on the eve of his crucifixion.

Along with the delicate skill the porcelain Last Supper plaque is embellished with two sealed containers of holy elements. This is a work that can only be accomplished in our skilled craftsmen’s workshop in the Holy Land using harvested olive wood branches.
