Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of our items. Holy Land Gift Shop would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Holy Land Gift Shop item(s), you have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to be considered eligible to return your item(s), in this case, we offer a full refund less shipping. Returns received after 14 days from delivery date will be automatically shipped back to the customer at their cost and no refund will be given.
Holy Land Gift Shop will also allow you to return an item, should you wish, for an online store credit in the form of a gift card.
Only products purchased on HolyLandGiftShop.com may be returned for a refund. We cannot accept items purchased from another subsidiary distributor. Costs to return items to Holy Land Gift Shop are the responsibility of the customer if the return is not due to our error (i.e., we shipped you the wrong item).
To be eligible for a return, your item/items must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, with its original tags, and in its original packaging. Please be sure to save all the items that came with your order, including the box and bubble wrap. This way when you do want to return your order, you have the packaging needed to safely have the order completely returned.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@holylandgiftshop.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that all returned items must be shipped back to us and must be insured for the full value of the items received. Shipping costs to return the items are the customers responsibility and will not be refunded.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) to report to our Customer Care Team any item/items that are damaged as a result of shipping. A detailed description of the damage (including photos) must be submitted in writing via email to the Customer Care Team so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we will not be able to accept or start a return process for you. Please do not discard the damaged item and its packaging. If the return is due to our error (i.e., we shipped you the wrong item, or the item was damaged upon receipt), in this case we will refund you the order total amount including shipping.
 
Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized items. We also cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted items or gift cards. Products which are not eligible for return will not be returned to sender and will not be eligible for refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Incorrect Addresses
If an order is refused, marked return to sender, or deemed un-deliverable by the carrier due to an incorrect address or otherwise, the customer should contact us regarding this issue immediately and will receive a refund for the purchase price of the products. The refund will be processed once the package has been received at our facility. Shipping fees are non-refundable, if your item qualified for free shipping at the time your order was placed, the original outbound shipping cost and the return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your credit amount. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed by carrier to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

 

Delivered Packages Confirmed by Carrier
Once an Order (package) is confirmed by the shipping carrier as delivered, the package becomes the customer’s responsibility. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered by the shipping carrier to the address the customer has provided in an order.

Return Labels
If you choose a refund to your original payment method and use our return label, an $8.99 return shipping fee will be deducted. If the return is our fault, we cover that charge. Original shipping costs are not refunded.


Returns for International Orders
International orders do not qualify for free return shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) or if you request a Return label from us (if applicable), then the return cost will be deducted from total refund amount. Eligible products may be returned within 14 days from the original delivery date, and the original costs for shipping, duties, fees or taxes are non-refundable. To start a return process please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will provide you with further instructions on how to initiate your return. The returned items must be new and unused, unworn and in the same condition they were received by the customer. Items listed as Sale or promotional cannot be returned. Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the package. We do not offer exchanges for international orders, so please return the item(s) you do not want to keep and place a new order for your desired replacement(s). Please allow up to 6 weeks for processing your return and for receiving credit from your financial institution. Please note there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted if applicable and they apply to any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or for any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in accordance with our policy, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you make an exchange for your purchase is to inform us in writing within 48 hours of your purchase and request a return for exchange. A return label will be issued to you, and once the return for exchange is inspected and accepted, a store credit will be issued to you so you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that if your item qualified for free shipping at the time your order was placed, the original outbound shipping cost and the return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your store credit amount.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
