Hand carved in Jerusalem, this wall plaque is made from the branches of the holy Olive Tree. The background of this unusual shaped wall plaque is carved with a rectangular pattern and polished to a sheen. Our artisans allow the wood grain and colors of the wood to show through making this a unique one-of-a-kind artifact.

A porcelain portrait of Jesus carrying His cross is mounted on the plaque and is shown in painstaking detail. The halo, folds of his cloths and downward look are all in realistic relief. But there is so much more. Look at his hands, the excruciating look on his face, the crown of thorns and even the rope around his wrist.
